Jasper Studios is a renovated former carpet mill dating back to the late 1800s. The building has been restored and carefully renovated into 65 artists studios/business offices ranging in size from 300 to 5000 sq ft., with tenants including local artists and entrepreneurs.

NEIGHBORHOOD
Since the late 90s, Philadelphia has been going through a Renaissance period, starting in the core of Center City. Progress has slowly moved northward along the river over the last few years and has exploded in the Northern Liberties and Fishtown neighborhoods. New development and rehabilitation has recently started to focus on the areas north of Lehigh Avenue. A concerted group of non-profit organizations (NKCDC, Impact Services and others) and developers are committed to the betterment of the Kensington neighborhood. The number of renovated buildings along Kensington and Frankford Avenues has been steadily increasing over the last few years- and Jasper Studios is right in the middle of all of it.

These units are perfect for artists and solopreneurs. Featuring efficient heating and cooling, they are a great starter space at Jasper Studios.
MEDIUM
500-1000 square feet
Medium spaces are a good fit for 2-3+ people averaging 750 Sq ft some can have lofts added into them for increased storage or work space.
LARGE
1000-2000 square feet
These spaces rating from 1000 to 2000 Sq ft are ideal for 5-10 individuals to work together in an open and collaborative environment or for a large production space for 1-2 people. All units have large windows with lots of natural light. A perfect place for a nice office.
EXTRA LARGE
2000+ square feet
These spaces rating from 2000 to 5000 Sq ft are ideal for 10-30 individuals to work together in an open and collaborative environment or for a large production space for a company. All units have large windows with lots of natural light. A perfect place for a nice office.
